We recommend an easy recipe for pie, with main ingredients, Naxian cheeses and weeds.


  • Mixed wild weeds (about 1kg)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper
  • 500 g white cheese of Naxos
  • 200 g Graviera of Naxos
  • A little dill
  • 2-3 fresh onions finely chopped
  • Puff pastry leaves for salty recipes


In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the weeds.

Cut the weeds thinly. Boil for 10 minutes.

Then put the weeds in the bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Important: If the mixture after boiling greens seems watery, add half a cup of rice.

In an oiled baking pan, put 4 oiled puff pastry leaves, (one by one).

Pour the stuffing into the pan.

Put 4 oiled puff pastry leaves, (οne by one).

Bake for 30 minutes at 160 Celsius. If not browned, leave until browned
