We recommend an easy recipe for pie, with main ingredients, Naxian cheeses and weeds.
- Mixed wild weeds (about 1kg)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- 500 g white cheese of Naxos
- 200 g Graviera of Naxos
- A little dill
- 2-3 fresh onions finely chopped
- Puff pastry leaves for salty recipes
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the weeds.
Cut the weeds thinly. Boil for 10 minutes.
Then put the weeds in the bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Important: If the mixture after boiling greens seems watery, add half a cup of rice.
In an oiled baking pan, put 4 oiled puff pastry leaves, (one by one).
Pour the stuffing into the pan.

Bake for 30 minutes at 160 Celsius. If not browned, leave until browned
