The landscape at Kastraki beach alternates between the rocky isolated coves with shady cedar trees and the sandy beach.
It is the largest beach of Naxos.
It is not organized for the most part, it is offered for relaxation and isolation. There are taverns and rooms to rent in the area.
It is 15.5 km southwest of Chora.

By private car or motorbike you will follow the route:
Chora -Glinado-Tripodes (Vivlos) -Kastraki (15,3 km)
The beach of Glyfada is connected with Chora with the KTEL route “Chora-Kastraki”
